How Your Order Reaches You
We offer free shipping on all purchases within the United Kingdom — no minimum spend required.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll begin preparing it within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). You’ll receive an email once processing begins, and another once your parcel has been dispatched. This second email will include a tracking link so you can stay updated on its journey. You can also track your parcel at any time here.

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

In Case of Delays
While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays can happen — especially during busy periods, holidays, or due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
