How your order travels to you
Delivery is free with no minimum order value. Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparation within 0-2 working days (Monday to Friday). You will receive one email when processing starts and another when your parcel is dispatched.
Please be advised that for USA orders, we ship only to the USA.
The dispatch email contains a tracking link. You may also track at any time here. The usual transit time is 3-4 working days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Our order cut off is 13:00 GMT; orders placed after this time enter processing on the next working day.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel, email info@oliverclo.com as soon as possible. We can cancel only before processing has begun.
If delivery is delayed
During peak seasons, public holidays or adverse weather, delays can occur. If your parcel has not arrived within the stated window, please check your tracking. If you need help, email info@oliverclo.com and we will investigate.
If something is not right
If an item arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, please accept our apologies. Send a clear photograph and your order details to info@oliverclo.com. We will review swiftly and arrange for a resolution.
