How your order travels to you
Delivery within the United Kingdom is free with no minimum spend. Once your order is confirmed we begin preparation within 0-2 working days (Monday to Friday). You will receive one email when processing starts and another when your parcel is dispatched.
The dispatch email contains a tracking link. You may also track at any time here. The usual transit time is 3-4 working days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Our order cut off is 13:00 GMT; orders placed after this time are processed on the next working day.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel, email info@oliverclo.com as soon as possible. We can cancel only before processing has begun.
If delivery is delayed
During peak trading, public holidays or adverse weather, delays can occur. If your parcel has not arrived within the stated window, please allow an additional 3 working days before contacting us. After that period, email info@oliverclo.com and we will investigate promptly.
If Something Is Not Right With Your Order
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, accept our apologies. Please send a clear photograph and your order details to info@oliverclo.com. We will review swiftly and arrange the correct resolution.
