Which payment methods can I use here?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards. And also Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When is the daily order cut off time?
Our order cut off is 1:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time move to the next working day for processing.
How long does USA delivery usually take?
Order processing takes 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday). Delivery in the USA is free and takes 3-4 working days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
How do I track my Oliver Clo parcel?
Use the dispatch email tracking link, or track any time here.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if processing has not yet begun. Email us as soon as possible at info@oliverclo.com.
What is your return window and process?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Email info@oliverclo.com to obtain approval and instructions. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. Return postage is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to seven days after inspection. See our policy under the Return and Refund Policy.
Is there a Retail Delivery Fee at checkout?

Some states require a Retail Delivery Fee on taxable orders, regardless of shipping cost. We include and cover this fee for you, so you won’t see it listed as a separate charge.
