Return Details
Return eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted after the return period. To begin, email info@oliverclo.com. Returned goods must be in excellent condition, and in the original packaging. Returns cannot be accepted once the 30 day window has passed.
How to return
Email info@oliverclo.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed. Once approved, we will provide instructions. Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the item, a refund to the original payment method will be issued within 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
For an exchange, email info@oliverclo.com with the details of the replacement item. Exchanges are for items in excellent condition, and they must be requested within 30 days of delivery. We will guide you through the next steps.
Return Address
Customer support will provide you with the return address once you start the return process.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel, email info@oliverclo.com as soon as possible. We can cancel only before processing has begun.
