Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. To start a return, please email us at info@oliverclo.com. Ensure that the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted once the 30-day period has passed.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please first email info@oliverclo.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. Be sure to pack the item securely to prevent any damage during shipping. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refund Policy
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7 days. There are no restocking charges.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, simply email info@oliverclo.com with the details of the new item, and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please be aware that exchanges are only accepted for new items and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the process.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@oliverclo.com as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be made before the order has been processed, so the sooner you contact us, the better.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re truly sorry if you receive an item that’s damaged or incorrect. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please take a photo of the problem and send it to us at info@oliverclo.com. We’ll review the details as soon as possible and make sure you receive the correct, undamaged item.
