Return and Refund Policy

  • Return eligibility

    Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted after the return period. To begin, email info@oliverclo.com. Returned goods must be unused, unworn and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Returns cannot be accepted once the 30 day window has passed.

  • How to return

    Email info@oliverclo.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed. Once approved, we will provide instructions. Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds

    After we receive and inspect the item, a refund to the original payment method will be issued within 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.

  • Exchanges

    For an exchange, email info@oliverclo.com with the details of the replacement item. Exchanges are for new, unworn goods and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. We will guide you through the next steps.

  • Cancelling an order

    If you wish to cancel, email info@oliverclo.com as soon as possible. We can cancel only before processing has begun.

  • If Something Is Not Right With Your Order

    If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, accept our apologies. Please send a clear photograph and your order details to info@oliverclo.com. We will review swiftly and arrange the correct resolution.
